Intergenerational Mentorship Program
Zazi Konnect's Intergenerational Mentorship Program thoughtfully pairs participants aged 60+ and 25–45 for a enriching 4-month exchange journey. Each pair is encouraged to meet at least twice to discuss cultural practices, career reflections, identity, aging, technology, legacy, and current events.
Café Conversations
To encourage warm, relaxed conversation environments, Zazi Konnect provides gift cards to local cafés and restaurants for mentoring pairs. These venues will allow participants to connect on a deeper level through comfortable conversations.
Intergenerational Gala & Town Hall
A lively annual celebration honoring the connections built throughout the year. The Gala highlights a dynamic town hall forum addressing key intergenerational topics, inspiring testimonial spotlights from mentorship participants, and engaging interactive cultural activities, performances, and communal dining experiences. This cherished event unites the entire ZAZI Konnect community to learn, share joy, and plan for the future together.
